These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dream Laptops website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement. If you are under the legal age required to make a purchase, you must use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place an order.
Product Condition
Dream Laptops specializes in used and imported laptops. We do not deal in new laptops unless expressly stated otherwise.
Because our laptops are pre-owned, individual units may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use. These may include light scratches, marks, minor discoloration, or other normal cosmetic imperfections that do not affect general performance.
Customers are encouraged to review the product description, specifications, condition details, images, and warranty information before completing a purchase.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability information are accurate. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, or differences between individual pre-owned units.
Dream Laptops reserves the right to correct inaccurate information, update product details, revise prices, or cancel an affected order. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the paid amount will be refunded.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability and final confirmation. Adding a product to the cart or completing checkout does not reserve stock or guarantee acceptance of the order.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer:
- A full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product.
- A suitable alternative product, subject to customer approval.
Orders and Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after product availability, customer information, payment requirements, and delivery details have been verified by Dream Laptops.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order involving:
- Incorrect product information or pricing.
- Unavailable stock.
- Unverified or incomplete customer information.
- Suspected fraud, payment misuse, or abusive activity.
- Failure to pay the required advance delivery charges.
Payments
Available payment methods may include:
- Advance bank transfer.
- Cash on Delivery for selected orders and locations.
- Other payment methods displayed or approved during order confirmation.
Installment payment facilities are not available.
Advance bank-transfer orders are exempt from the 4% COD tax. Customers choosing Cash on Delivery must pay the applicable delivery charges in advance, while the remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
A 4% government COD tax applies only to Cash on Delivery orders. Cash on Delivery is selective and may not be available for every order, product, customer, or location.
Shipping and Delivery
Dream Laptops provides nationwide delivery through selected courier services. Laptop delivery charges are PKR 2,500 and must be paid in advance before dispatch.
Delivery estimates are:
- Islamabad: Approximately 24–48 hours.
- Other cities: Approximately 3–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In-store pickup is also available after the order and product availability have been confirmed.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the order. A return request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Returns are generally accepted only when:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- A verified hardware fault existed at the time of delivery and was not caused by misuse or unauthorized modification.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Delivery charges, COD charges, and government taxes are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error made by Dream Laptops.

30-Day Check Warranty
All laptops include a 30-day check warranty. Extended warranty options may be available depending on the product.
The 30-day check warranty is separate from the 3-day return period. A hardware issue reported after the return period will be handled according to the warranty conditions stated on the product page or purchase invoice and does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Warranty coverage may be refused where damage results from misuse, liquid exposure, accidental damage, improper handling, power surges, unauthorized repair, modification, or substituted parts.
Customer Data and Device Storage
Customers must back up and remove personal or confidential data before submitting a device for inspection, return, exchange, or warranty service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Laptops is not responsible for data loss, file corruption, software removal, account access, or loss of stored information during diagnosis, repair, replacement, or warranty processing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact, payment, billing, and delivery information.
- Checking the product specifications and compatibility before purchase.
- Inspecting the parcel and reporting an eligible issue within the applicable period.
- Using the product safely and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Keeping order, invoice, and payment information secure.
Prohibited Use
You must not use the website to:
- Commit fraud or provide false information.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, or systems.
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission.
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of another person.
We may restrict or terminate access where fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected.
Intellectual Property
The Dream Laptops name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, banners, and original product media are owned by or licensed to Dream Laptops.
You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially use this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, courier companies, maps, and social-media platforms.
Dream Laptops does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security practices, or separate terms and policies.
Privacy
Customer information may be used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent fraud, improve our services, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with payment providers, courier partners, service providers, or authorities only when reasonably required to provide services or comply with the law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Laptops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, product use, delivery delays, data loss, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Dream Laptops may update these Terms of Service when business practices, website features, payment methods, policies, or legal requirements change.
The latest version published on this page will apply from its stated update date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
