Product Availability
We do our best to keep stock accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every item will always be available. Dream Laptops may cancel orders if a product is out of stock.

Prices & Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to error, Dream Laptops reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under incorrect listings. If payment has been processed for such an order, we will issue a full refund.

Payment
Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received (or deposit in case of COD). Payment methods include bank transfer or other options provided at checkout.

Delivery / Shipping
Shipping across Pakistan via trusted couriers. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Dream Laptops isn’t responsible for delays caused by courier services or external circumstances.

Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping will be arranged upon approval. Refunds are processed after inspection. Not all items are eligible (e.g., custom or sale items).

Privacy
We collect personal information to fulfill orders, improve our services, and communicate with you. Your information is kept secure and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver services or comply with laws.

Limitation of Liability
Dream Laptops is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or purchases made.
