Shipping Policy

Dream Laptops provides secure nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier services, including TCS and Leopards Courier.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed after product availability, customer details, and payment requirements have been confirmed. Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number to avoid delays.

Delivery Charges
  • Laptop orders: PKR 2,500 delivery charges, payable in advance before dispatch.
  • Accessory orders below PKR 20,000: PKR 350 delivery charges.

Advance delivery charges are mandatory for laptop shipments. Orders will not be dispatched until the required delivery payment has been received and verified.

Payment Options

Advance Bank Transfer: Customers may pay the complete order amount through bank transfer. Advance-payment orders are exempt from the 4% COD tax.

Cash on Delivery: COD is available only for selected orders and locations. A 4% government COD tax applies to COD orders. Advance payment of the applicable delivery charges is still required to confirm the shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Islamabad: Approximately 24–48 hours.
  • Other cities in Pakistan: Approximately 3–4 working days.

Delivery times begin after the order and advance delivery charges have been confirmed. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking details are shared with the customer after the parcel has been dispatched. Customers should keep their phone available so the courier can contact them during delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Dream Laptops will not be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
