The warranty is separate from the return window and does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Are your laptops new or used?

We sell used and imported laptops. Check the listing and ask our team about the condition of the exact unit before ordering.

What is checked before a laptop is sold?

Checks cover the display, keyboard, touchpad, installed hardware, ports, connectivity, camera, audio and general operation. Ask us to confirm any feature essential to your work.

What does the 30-day check warranty cover?

Eligible hardware issues are handled under the warranty terms on your product page or invoice. Confirm coverage and exclusions before buying. The warranty is separate from the return window. Read the full terms.

Can I inspect a laptop before buying?

Yes. Visit Shop #74, 4th Floor, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore. Contact us beforehand to confirm availability of the model you want.

Do you deliver throughout Pakistan?

Yes. Laptop delivery costs PKR 2,500, payable in advance. Accessory orders below PKR 20,000 have a PKR 350 delivery charge. Read the shipping policy.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

COD is available for selected orders and locations. Advance laptop delivery charges still apply. Confirm eligibility and the complete payable amount, including applicable COD charges, before ordering.

Can RAM or SSD be upgraded?

Upgrade options depend on the model. Some laptops have soldered memory or other limits. Share the exact model so we can confirm compatible options and pricing.
